  • We currently ship across India.
  • Same-day delivery is available for selected products in Ahmedabad (subject to pin code availability and order cutoff time).

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Same-day delivery (Ahmedabad only): Same day if ordered before the cutoff time.
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Delivery location
  • Product weight/size
  • Delivery type (standard or express)
  • Any ongoing free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking details.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Gifti5 is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability.
  • In case of unexpected delays, our support team will keep you informed.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
  • Gifti5 will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will investigate and assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
